Rose High Tide

To celebrate the Year of the Rose, the Master Gardeners hosted a celebration of roses called the Rose High Tide.      It was a warm and breezy afternoon.  The guests began to arrive at six o'clock to enjoy the spring gardens and the program presented by officials from the American Rose Society.
