All the walls of the Red Dog Saloon were hung with trophies of native animals and fish. At the end of the bar was an antique cash register still in use next to the mounted silver salmon and walrus oosic.
Alaskan Amber, a local beer brewed in Anchorage, was excellent and available everywhere except Ketchikan. |
